Pomegranate

Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 pomegranate, seeds only
1 banana, peeled
1 apple, cored
2 cups spinach leaves
1/2 cup water
1 tbs ground chia seeds (optional)

1. Place your fruit into the blender, add water and blend until smooth, add the spinach leaves and chia seeds and blend again until smooth. Serve.

Serves: 2

NOTE: Additional water can be added for a thinner smoothie.

TIP: Add some ice cubes before blending for an icy treat.
