Spinach & Berry Smoothie


2 cups spinach leaves
1 banana, peeled
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen berries
1 peach, pit removed
1/2 cup water
1 tbs chia seeds (optional)


1. Place the fruit into the blender, add water and blend until smooth, add the spinach leaves and chia seeds and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Serves: 2

NOTE: Additional water can be added if you prefer a thinner consistency to your smoothie.
