Magical Green Ingest

by in Health 21/07/2010

If you don’t own a Vita Mix, I highly recommend you add this machine to your kitchen. There are actually a million recipes that the Vita Blend might be employed for. It can be worth each penny. Oftentimes your local Costco will have the Vita Mix Company come in to do 3 days of demonstrations. Check with Costco on line for details. The unit can also be bought directly from the Vita Blend Company itself (privately owned).

This is a powerful green drink that keeps all of the fiber intact. I make adequate for three days and place each days ingest in a quart canning jar. No matter what anybody may possibly say, the drink is as fresh and tasty on day 3 as it’s on day 1.

Green Drinks are often associated with liver function. Keeping the liver clean keeps your entire body healthy.

I use only organic vegetables. However if natural isn’t accessible use what is. Of all vegetables, celery is the only one particular that genuinely should really be organic. Be creative, play using the drink, change it around and make it your personal.

Two stalks of celery
A handful of parsley
A handful of cilantro
A handful of Spinach
3-4 Collard Green leaves (stem and all)
3-4 Kale Green Leaves (stem and all)
1-2 Apples (for a touch of sweetness)
1 Cucumber
A tiny piece of Ginger for those who feel like a slight “zing”

I also enjoy including anything else I have close to such as a zucchini or yellow squash, one more type of greens for instance turnip greens, perhaps a mustard green and so on.
I occasionally will use Dandelion which is fantastic for the Liver but indeed will make the juice on the bitter side. If employing Dandelion makes sure you use two apples.

What I tend not to use in this beverage are carrots, any style of radishes, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, beets, burdock root, turnip root and so on.
Fill up a container inside Vita Blend and add some water to the mix to dilute just ample to consume.

Place in the jars and have 1 per day for lunch! Needless to say, refrigerate!
