Rolled Oats In Apple Sauce

We all know that 'Breakfast should be healthy, big and full'. But what this statement itself does not know is how little time we have for breakfast in most of the mornings. Rolled oats in apple sauce is a great option that gets easily gobbled up within this rush-to-get-ready phase of the day.  The good old formula of fulfilling rolling oats soaked up in dairy free apple sauce sweetened with raisins and crunchy apple certainly makes a good start of the day, perhaps a great one. Fill in a jar the night ahead and refrigerate, so that in morning all you need for breakfast is to grab the jar, a spoon and go on!
