Finally a light dressing and a hint of sesame tunes every tidbit together.

Ingredients
- For salad
- 2 cup fresh baby spinach, torn to bite sized pieces
- 2 orange, peeled and cut into wedges
- 1 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- ¼ cup beets, boiled and shredded
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- 2 tablespoon peanuts, roasted
- ½ teaspoon of sesame seeds, toasted
- For dressing
- 2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 pinch salt
Method
- Prepare dressing first by pour all the dressing ingredients in a small jar. Shake well, keep aside. You can make a larger quantity and use the left over for a future salad.
- In a large bowl toss spinach leaves with half of dressing. Transfer to serving dish.
- Add tomatoes, beets, peanuts and raisins with remaining dressing. Spread over the bed of spinach, serve.
