Would you like to see a vegan McDonald’s? Follow the link at the end of this post to sign a petition to let McDonald’s know you’d like to see one in your neighborhood.

Now, I know how many of you reading this feel about McDonald’s -but hey- this might be a step in the right direction. I’m not sure if McDonald’s is actually considering this (I kinda doubt it), but if they are, then obviously it comes down to making money for them, rather than helping people eat healthy and saving the environment.

One of the problems McDonald’s marketing team would face is overcoming the misconception that vegan food lacks flavor -which, like any food, is the case when using low quality ingredients and spices- something McDonald’s and the fast food industry is notorious for. So, they have their work cut out for them, though anything is possible.

I would fully support a vegan McDonald’s, but honestly, if the quality is the same as the meat-version of their restaurants, I’ll probably limit my support to french fries only.
